Mission Statement

The International Side X Side Association (ISA) promotes recreational, and racing opportunities for the UTV industry. ISA seeks to foster advancement of an international safety standard, points system, and guidelines for UTV event promoters and enthusiasts worldwide. ISA promotes awareness of land use issues, education, and the responsible use of our public lands in a family friendly environment.

  • Stock/Beginner - White Plate with Black Numbers

    ISA Stock Beginner is designed to allow SidexSide owners new to racing to experience the thrill of SideXSide racing without making a large investment in aftermarket products. The ISA Stock Beginner class must follow all the safety Requirements of section 1.0-10.10, but allows a more flexible platform to test the waters, and foster growth of the ISA. ISA Stock Beginner racers are limited to winning 1 points championship in one season before they will be asked to step up to one of the upper level classes. Series points are available for this entry- level class, but will pay no purses. First time racers may elect to participate one time only without ISA Membership. This class may not be offered at all ISA sanctioned events. Non ISA Members will not receive points.

  • Production - 700 Black Plate with Yellow Numbers

    The ISA Production 700 class is reserved for Modified SideXSides with a displacement of less than 700CC’s that retain the basic factory configuration and full functioning 4-wheel drive. Primarily intended to allow Side X Sides with limited displacement a fun affordable platform for competition.

  • Production 850 - Red Plate with White Numbers

    The ISA Production 850 class is reserved for Modified SideXSides with a displacement of up to 850CC’s that retain the basic factory configuration and full functioning 4-wheel drive.

  • Production 1000 - Yellow Plate with Blue Numbers

    The ISA Production 1000 class is reserved for Modified SideXSides with a displacement of up to 1000CC’s that retain the basic factory configuration and full functioning 4-wheel drive.

  • Unlimited 4 - Blue Plate with White Numbers

    The ISA UNLIMITED 4 class is reserved for Modified SideXSides with unlimited displacement that retains the basic factory configuration and full functioning 4- wheel drive.

  • Unlimited 2 - Green Plate with Black Numbers

    The ISA Unlimited 2 class is reserved for Unlimited SideXSides with an unlimited displacement that retain very little factory configuration.
